Ingredients

15 portions
  • 250 grams butter, Low fat
  • 200 grams powdered sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 milliliters condensed milk light
  • 250 grams flour, Cernida
  • 50 grams cinnamon powder
  • 2 yellow apples, Cut into small squares

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In the blender, add the butter with the icing sugar.
Add the eggs one by one; Be careful not to cut the mixture.
Add the flour and cinnamon little by little and beat until the ingredients are integrated; add apples and condensed milk.
Place the mixture in the molds filling up to 3/4 of its capacity so that it does not overflow when baking.
Bake for 20 minutes or until they are ready!

PRESENTATION

Present the muffins sprinkling cinnamon and with slices of apple on top.

TIPS

You can decorate with slices of apple previously soaked in water with lemon so they do not rust.
