Preparation
The first thing we will do is mix the butter bar with 1 1/3 cup of sugar, when you see that the dough is fully integrated then, we will put the 3 eggs but one at a time and continue beating and add the orange zest, and the vanilla spoonful. When everything is fully integrated we add the dry ingredients little by little (flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt).
For this step we must be very careful because we will do the following: Add the 300 gr of raspberries in a wrap but we will mix it with a spatula so that the raspberries do not break stir slowly. At the end of this we add the mixture to a greased pan mold and put it in the oven for one hour at 180 ° C.
Here we will make a cream to put on top of the pan, we just need to beat the whipped cream to the point of making peaks with it, then we add the powdered sugar and the vanilla beat together and ready.
When removing the pancake from the oven let it cool and cut it into slices and put on top of each slice a bit of the cream we prepare: D
