The first thing we will do is mix the stick of butter with 1 1/3 cups of sugar. When the mixture is fully integrated, we will add the 3 eggs one by one while continuing to beat, and we will incorporate the orange zest and the tablespoon of vanilla. When everything is fully combined, we will gradually add the dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt). For this step, we need to be very careful as we will do the following: Add the 300 g of Raspberries gently, mixing with a spatula so that the raspberries do not break; stir slowly. Once finished, pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake in the oven for one hour at 180°C.
