  • 1/4 cups seedless green grape, cut in halves
  • 1/4 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 2 peaches, filleted

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C
For the base, in a bowl beat for 5 minutes the pieces of San Juan® Egg with butter, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla and salt.
For the blueberry and lemon clafouti, add the cardamom, the lemon zest to integrate. Mix two tablespoons of flour with the blackberries and pour on the base. Pour into cake molds and bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool.
For the cherry clafouti, place the cherries on a previously floured and greased cake mold and pour the mixture from the base. Bake for 20 minutes and let cool.
For the clafouti of grapes, pour the base into cake molds and add the grapes and nuts. Bake for 12 minutes and decorate with melted chocolate.
For the clafouti of peaches, add acid cream to the base, mix until integrated. Pour over previously floured cake molds and place the peaches with the sliced ​​almonds, add the base and bake for 20 minutes.
