Preparation
Chop the cookies and mix with the derredita butter. A very thin base is made on the mold leaving a small edge. You can add a few drops of liquor.
Beat the eggs with the condensed milk and make it on the mold. Some apples are grated and made over the mixture.
Decorate the surface with 2 or 3 apples cut into thin segments. It is put in the oven, approximately 30 minutes, until the apple is golden brown.
Let it cool and decorate with peach jam.
