A very special dessert, perfect to give to your couple on Valentine's Day. It is a very simple preparation, rich and that looks very pretty. And it does not take you long to prepare it, you'll see that the Pay de Bombones y Fresas will love it.

Ingredients

Select all ingredients

1 bag chocolate
20 strawberries
1 stick butter
30 cookies

Preparation

Wash and disinfect strawberries.

Separate the pink chocolates from the whites. With water, remove the icing sugar from the chocolates.

Put the pink chocolates to melt in a water bath.

In a processor or blender, crush the cookies.

Mix the cookies with the butter bar to create the base of the pie (You can buy a pre-made pie base)

Place the cookie mix with butter in a pan and let cool in the refrigger for 15 minutes.

Cut the strawberries in half.

Place the 10 half strawberries in the biscuit base and cover with the paste of straight chocolates.

Garnish with the other 10 half strawberries and put in the refrigerator until set.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle icing sugar to decorate.

TIPS

Serve cold.

En lugar de fresas le puse uvas, bien en general pero los bombones derretidos estaban muy chiclosos, le agregué un poco de leche y volví a derretir y con eso ya se pudo manipular para colocar como pay
