  • 180 grams Spring Margarine Chantilly® unsalted, (presentation 400 g)
  • 1 cup condensed milk, for mixing
  • 3 eggs, for mixing
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour, for mixing
  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal, for mixing
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for mixing
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, for mixing
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for mixing
  • 1 cup milk, for mixing
  • 1 cup sugar, for the candy
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, for the candy
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the candy
  • 1/4 tablespoons baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons Spring Margarine Chantilly® unsalted, (presentation 400 g)
  • 3 cups popcorn, natural, no salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a processor or blender, crush the popcorn to a powder, remove any grains that cannot be ground and set aside.
For the mixture, place the Margarine Primavera® Chantilly without salt in a bowl together with the condensed milk and beat with a hand mixer until obtaining a creamy consistency.
Add the eggs one by one without stopping beating, the milk, the vanilla; then add the ground popcorn, the almond flour, the cornmeal, the salt and the baking powder and integrate with the help of a silicone spatula.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased donut pan, bake for 30 min at 180 ° C, you will notice that it is ready if when you insert a wooden toothpick into the center of the pancake, it comes out clean. Chill.
While the muffin is ready, make the caramel. In a pot add the sugar, until it caramelizes taking a golden color, at that point add the whipping cream, the vanilla essence and the bicarbonate, continue stirring and add the Margarine Primavera® Chantilly without salt, cook low heat without stopping stir until slightly thick consistency.
Unmold the pancake, place on a plate, decorate with popcorn and pour caramel to taste.
