Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups milk light
  • 2 cups evaporated milk, Light
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 5 grams cinnamon powder, to decorate
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar substitute

Preparation

Wash the rice with water until the water comes out clear, the idea is to remove the starch.
Put the light milk and evaporated milk in a pot with the vanilla and cinnamon pod over low heat.
Add the rice and shake with a shovel or wooden spoon to avoid sticking.
Move regularly and watch until the rice is cooked.
Let cool.
