Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups light milk
  • 2 cups evaporated milk, Light
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 5 grams cinnamon powder, to decorate
  • 4 tablespoons Sweetener

Preparation

Wash the rice with water until the water comes out clear, the idea is to remove the starch.
Put the light milk and evaporated milk in a pot with the vanilla and cinnamon pod over low heat.
Add the rice and shake with a shovel or wooden spoon to avoid sticking.
Move regularly and watch until the rice is cooked.
Let cool.
When serving add the sweetener if desired, it is not tasteless so it is not necessary.
Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder to decorate to taste.
