Ingredients

  • 3 apples
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon, Ground
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Preparation

Peel and cut the apples in not very thick slices.
Place the butter in a thick-bottomed pan.
Once all the melted butter is found, add the apples and sauté for 5 minutes, or until they look more cooked; taking care not to soften too much.
Add the brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger and mix until the apples release juice and look cooked but crispy.
