Do you love nut creams? How about a Skillet Cookie with Nutella? This cookie recipe is very tasty and easy to cook, the best thing is that you can give it as a Christmas gift or you can prepare it as part of the desserts at Christmas dinner. Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • enough cooking spray oil, to grease
  • 6 tablespoons Nutella®
  • enough strawberry, in slices, to serve
  • enough milk, To accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 °C. (392 °F)
In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a blender, add the butte, sugar, the egg and vanilla, beat at low speed. Incorporate the powders without beating too much.
Grease an oven-proof skillet with a little cooking spray and pour the cookie mixture into ¾ parts of the pan, spread until it is smooth, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Bake the cookie for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180 °C (356°F) for 10 more minutes. Remove and cool.
Once the cookie is cold, cut into slices and serve. Spread each slice with a tablespoon of Nutella® using the stencils that come in the package.
Accompany with strawberries and a glass of milk.

PRESENTATION

Serve in slices, accompanied by fruit on the side and a glass of milk.

TIPS

Don't overfill the skillet with the cookie dough so it does not overflow.
