Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of rose petals organic
  • 1 piece of egg white for the petals
  • 1/2 Cup of Refined sugar Great Value® for the petals
  • 3/4 of Cup of Refined sugar Great Value®
  • 3/4 of Cup of Great Value® Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of cocoa
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Great Value® salt
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of Pure Value® Pure Canola Oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 Cup of FIG in eighths for the compote
  • 1 Cup of raw sugar for the compote
  • 4 spoonfuls of Water for the compote
  • 150 grams of bittersweet chocolate melted, to decorate
  • 12 pieces of candied candies from the heart to decorate

    Preparation

    For the petals, varnish each petal with a little egg white and sprinkle with sugar on both sides. Place in a tray and let dry at least one day. Reservation.
    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the cupcakes, place the dry ingredients in the blender bowl and mix with the shovel. Add the egg, cream, oil and vanilla. Beat until completely integrated, if necessary add a little hot water to the mixture.
    Pour the mixture into a mold for cupcakes with saucers and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked. Chill
    For the compote, in a pot over medium heat cook the figs with the sugar and water for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and reserve.
    Fill the cupcakes with the fig compote and decorate with melted chocolate, petals and heart candies.
