Ingredients: 2 bags marshmallow; 1 kilo icing sugar; 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening; 2 tablespoons water

Grease a large glass dish with vegetable shortening, add the marshmallows, water, and put it in the microwave to melt. I recommend placing it in for 30-second intervals and stirring in between each interval to melt evenly. If you don’t have a microwave, you can melt it using a double boiler. Once the marshmallows are melted, add the sifted powdered sugar and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough. If you prefer, you can do this step with a mixer.
