Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 1/2 cups Chocolate Danette® Custard
  • 1/3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon almond liqueur
  • 1 package lady finger, vanilla cupcakes
  • enough cocoa, to decorate

Preparation

Beat the cream and reserve.
Beat the cream cheese with the Oikos® Natural Yoghurt until creamy, add the Danette® Chocolate Custard and continue beating, add the icing sugar.
Add the cream to beat the previous preparation very softly.
Heat the cup of water and add the soluble coffee, add the almond liqueur.
Lightly wet the biscuits in the coffee and place the cookies in the bottom of the mold until the base is covered, add a little of the cream and cheese mixture, repeat the process until the mold is filled
Finish with cream and add cocoa on top, freeze for 2 hours.

PRESENTATION

It is presented in a dessert dish, with a little cocoa.

TIPS

You can replace soletas with other cookies, and almond liqueur with coffee liqueur.
