This cake of three milks is delicious for a birthday or a party in which you are celebrating a special occasion.


16 portions
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 200 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 300 centiliters condensed milk, (for the cream)
  • 300 centiliters evaporated milk, (for the cream)
  • 300 centiliters milk cream
  • 3 egg whites, (for the meringue)
  • sugar, amount needed, (for the meringue)


For the cake: Preheat the oven to 200º C. Beat the eggs with a blender and add the sugar little by little, beat until the mixture triples its volume, then add the flour and beat by hand with enveloping movements, then add the essence of vanilla and baking powder. Place the mixture in a greased and floured mold. Take to the oven approximately 25 to 30 minutes, it is recommended to prick the cake with a fine knife or brochette stick, if it comes out dry the cake is ready. Remove from oven and let stand.
For the cream: Beat in the blender the contents of the three pots of milk (condensed, evaporated and cream of milk) with this mixture bathe the cake in the same mold where it was baked, previously pricked with a toothpick several times
For the merengue: Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the sugar little by little until the meringue is consistent and has the desired sweet. With this meringue, cover the cake on top, brown in a very hot oven and take the refrigerator to cool. Once the dessert is finished, you can decorate it with a little cinnamon.
