Preparation
In a deep bowl, mix the marzipan with the icing sugar. Add 1/2 egg white and knead well. Let cool for 30 minutes.
Take the marzipan and form a long trunk on a plastic sheet. Leave it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
In a saucepan in a bain-marie, melt the chocolate.
With a spatula for chocolate / bitumen cover the trunk of marzipan with chocolate. You can cover one side first and when it is dry cover the other.
Replace it in plastic and store it in the refrigerator.
