Ingredients

25 portions
  • 125 grams Marzipan
  • 50 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 50 grams powder sugar
  • 1 egg white

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix the marzipan with the icing sugar. Add 1/2 egg white and knead well. Let cool for 30 minutes.
Take the marzipan and form a long trunk on a plastic sheet. Leave it in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
In a saucepan in a bain-marie, melt the chocolate.
With a spatula for chocolate / bitumen cover the trunk of marzipan with chocolate. You can cover one side first and when it is dry cover the other.
Replace it in plastic and store it in the refrigerator.

PRESENTATION

Decorate the trunk with white chocolate and cut into slices.

TIPS

Start this recipe one day before or in the morning since the marzipan needs to cool for 12 hours.

solo deseo saber como hacer el mazapan, se que es la almendra molida pero cantidades? se los voy ha agradecer. no puedo darles una critica hasta no haberlo hecho. Estoy pidiendo la receta para hacer el mazapan y sus cantidades, pues donde resido no se vende, Gracias.
