This vanilla mousse is prepared with Vanilla Danette® Vanilla Custard with a little whipping cream and sugar. Take blueberries but you can replace them with strawberries.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 milliliters whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 chocolate flavor custard Danette, 100 grams each
  • 1 on gelatin, hydrated in 1/2 cup of water and melted in a water bath
  • 3/4 cups cranberry

Preparation

Beat cream with sugar until hard peaks form. Add the Vanilla Danette® Vanilla Custard at low speed until they are perfectly integrated.
Pour the grenetine previously hydrated and melted in the form of thread and keep beating until it is incorporated.
With the help of a spatula, surround the cranberries in the mousse.
Pour the preparation into glasses and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm. Serve it decorating with more blueberries.
