The oven is preheated to 180 ° C (356F).
In a saucepan melt the butter and the chocolate over low heat so that it does not burn.
Meanwhile, sugar, nuts (previously toasted), and eggs are placed in the blender. Blend until well incorporated and then add the milk, flour, royal and the mixture of chocolate and melted butter.
Grease and flour a round cake mold (about 28 cm in diameter) and fill with the blended cake mix.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. After removing it from the oven, wait 10 minutes and remove it from the mold. Let it cool.
Before decorating with powdered sugar, the cake is turned over so that the smooth part below is on top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. It can be served with vanilla ice cream.
