Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate over very low heat to prevent burning. Meanwhile, place the sugar, walnuts (previously toasted), and eggs in the blender. Blend well and then add the milk, flour, baking powder, and the melted chocolate and butter mixture. Grease and flour a round cake pan (about 28 cm in diameter) and fill it with the blender cake mixture. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. After removing it from the oven, wait 10 minutes and then unmold. Let it cool. Before decorating with powdered sugar, flip the cake over so the smooth bottom side is on top. Dust with powdered sugar. It can be served with vanilla ice cream.
