This atole full of flavor is made from the ingredients of the lever: peanut and brown sugar, with the special touch of Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour, which gives it a light and unique flavor, as well as being ideal to thicken any type of drink.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cups Tres Estrellas® rice flour
  • 3/4 cups piloncillo, grated
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 cups peanut, natural and in halves
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • enough candy peanut, in pieces, to accompany

Preparation

Pour the whole milk into a bowl, add the Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour and dissolve with the help of a balloon whisk, mixing for approximately 3 minutes. Reservation.
In a saucepan over low heat, heat the brown sugar together with the water, add the peanuts, stir constantly until the ingredients are incorporated, cook 4 minutes and remove from the heat. Let cool slightly.
Blend the sweetened peanuts from the previous step with the evaporated milk. Reservation.
Pour the mixture into a deep pot over low heat, add the Tres Estrellas® Rice Flour diluted in milk and stir constantly until integrated; cook for 8 minutes or until the milk boils. Remove from heat.
In a mug, place a piece of crowbar, serve the hot atole and decorate with more pieces of crowbar.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot, accompany with a crowbar in pieces.

TIPS

If you want you can use sugar instead of piloncillo, just leave the sugar over low heat in a pot for a long time, until it has a dark tone, at that time add the water and the peanuts and incorporate.
