When you prepare this cold coconut Cappuccino, served with delicious Nescafé® Classic, which will bring you the richest flavor and aroma mixed with coconut cream and a delicate touch of Anise, which will give the perfect flavor to your refreshing drink. which you can take as a dessert or appetizer.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 3/4 ounces anise
  • 4 cubes ice
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cups ice, frappé
  • 2 tablespoons soluble coffee Nescafé® Clásico®
  • 1 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Place the anise with 2 ice cubes in a glass. Reservation.
Blend the coconut cream with the frappé ice and pour a little on the previous mixture and freeze for 15 minutes.
Dissolve the NESCAFÉ® CLÁSICO® Soluble Coffee in the water, remove the glass from the freezer and pour the coffee over the frozen mixture. Offers.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a little star anise.
