Why stay with the traditional lemon water with chia if you can experiment and taste a citrus and chia water?

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 limes
  • 5 tablespoons chia seed
  • 1/2 liters water
  • sugar, to taste
  • 2 grapefruit
  • 4 oranges

Preparation

Squeeze fruits to get their juice.
Mix and strain the juices.
Add sugar and water to taste.
Add the chia and serve.
