Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams watermelon pulp, boneless
  • 7 leaves fresh coriander, washed, disinfected and dried
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 liters coconut water, natural
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and sliced

Preparation

In the blender, grind the watermelon pulp, coriander and sugar.
In a carafe with ice, add the watermelon mixture, water and slices of ginger.
Let stand for 15 minutes and serve.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a slice of watermelon.
