Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 cup coffee, cold prepared with sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • chantilly cream
  • cinnamon powder, or chocolate powder

Preparation

In a blender pour the cold coffee, milk, sugar and ice. Blend well.
Pour into cups or any container you like before reaching the top of the cup.
In the space left to put the cream chantilly and above the cinnamon powder or chocolate powder. Add a sorbet and go!

PRESENTATION

You can also add a bar of chocolate or cinnamon and a chocolate sauce or the one you like to decorate on top of the cream.

TIPS

The coffee will make a lot of foam when they liquify it, try not to put too much content, for example not to put 2 cups of coffee, 2 cups of milk because it is a lot and it will come out. If you have to do many servings do it little by little.
