Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cups evaporated milk

Preparation

Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
Soak the rice with a slice of cinnamon about 1 hour so that the rice is very soft (do not throw water).
Blend the already soft rice with its water and the cinnamon slit.
In a jar pour the rice concentrate, add the evaporated milk, the condensed milk (to taste) and incorporate perfectly.
Add a little water, calculating that the flavor is not lost.

TIPS

Serve very cold and with a little ground cinnamon.
