Indulge yourself with these 4 smoothies of different flavors and colors inspired by the characters of the new film by Han Solo®. They are very easy to prepare, with the perfect consistency of smoothie and delicious flavors: banana with mango, carrot with strawberry, blueberry and blackberry.

  • 1 cup mango, cubed and frozen, more slices to decorate, (Chewie's smoothie)
  • 1/2 cups almond milk, (Chewie's smoothie)
  • 1/3 cups greek yogurt, no fat and no sugar (Chewie's smoothie)
  • to taste bee honey, (Han's Smoothie)
  • to taste grated coconut, (Han's Smoothie)
  • 1 orange, (Han's Smoothie)
  • 1 cup strawberry, Frozen, plus 3 slices to decorate, (Han's smoothie)
  • 1/3 cups yogurt, of light peach (Han's Smoothie)
  • to taste vegetal color additive, Orange (Han's Smoothie)
  • 1 leave Fresh mint, to decorate (Han's Smoothie)
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk, (Lando's Smoothie)
  • 1 cup blueberry, Frozen, plus a spoonful to decorate, (Lando's smoothie)
  • 2 tablespoons oats, plus a teaspoon to decorate, (Lando's Smoothie)
  • 1/3 cups light yogurt, of blueberry (Lando's Smoothie)
  • to taste vegetal color additive, blue (Lando's Smoothie)
  • to taste bee honey, (Qi'ra's Smoothie)
  • to taste walnut, in powder form(Qi'ra Smoothie)
  • 1 green apple, more sheets for decorating (Qi'ra Smoothie)
  • 1 cup blackberry, frozen, plus two tablespoons to decorate (Qi'ra Smoothie)
  • 3/4 cups yogurt, drinkable pineapple (Qi'ra Smoothie)

For the Chewie smoothie: banana and mango smoothie Blend the banana with the mango, milk, yogurt and ice until you get a homogeneous and smooth mixture. Serve in a glass and decorate with sliced ​​mango and a slice of banana.
For Han's smoothie: orange and strawberry smoothie Frosty glass with honey and coconut. In addition, liquefy orange juice, strawberries, sugar-free peach yogurt, coloring and ice. Serve in the frosty glass and decorate with a fan of strawberry and mint leaves.
For Lando smoothie: blueberry and oatmeal Liquefies coconut milk, blackberries, oats, yogurt, coloring and ice. Serve in a glass and decorate with blackberries and oats.

Serve each smoothie in a glass decorated with the fruit of each one and the corresponding bowl holder.
