  • to taste of grated coconut (Han's Smoothie)
  • 1 piece of orange (Han's Smoothie)
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry Frozen, plus 3 slices to decorate, (Han's smoothie)
  • 1/3 of Cup of yogurt of light peach (Han's Smoothie)
  • to taste of Vegetable food coloring Orange (Han's Smoothie)
  • 1 sheet of Fresh mint to decorate (Han's Smoothie)
  • 1/2 Cup of coconut milk (Lando's Smoothie)
  • 1 Cup of blueberry Frozen, plus a spoonful to decorate, (Lando's smoothie)
  • 2 spoonfuls of oats plus a teaspoon to decorate, (Lando's Smoothie)
  • 1/3 of Cup of light yoghurt of blueberry (Lando's Smoothie)

  • to taste of bee honey (Qi'ra's Smoothie)

    Preparation
