Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 balls coffee ice cream
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream, natural
  • 3 tablespoons grated coconut, 2 for the mixture and 1 for the frosting
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate, melted, to frost
  • 1 can Reddi Wip® Orignal

Preparation

Blend the ice cream with the coconut cream, the ice and the grated coconut for 3 minutes until you get a frappe.
Frost glass with chocolate and coconut.
Pour the coffee mixture into the glass, taking care not to touch the frosting.
Decorate with Reddi Wip® Original cream.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with cream and grated coconut.

TIPS

You can change the coffee ice cream for chocolate.
