If you like atole for this season in which the cold starts, I recommend this delicious atole of guava with cinnamon, star anise, sweetened with piloncillo; very traditional. In addition, guava is a source of vitamin C, which will help you to have many defenses in this cold climate. Try it and share it with who else you love.
