Ingredients

  • 6 cups coffee, freshly prepared
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon mint extract
  • 8 mint cane

Preparation

Heat coffee, milk and chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat for 5 to 7 minutes. or until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is completely hot, stirring from time to time.
Add the mint extract.
Pour the mixture into coffee cups and add the mint sticks.
