For those who love citrus, we have this recipe for a Low Calorie Cucumber Mojito, which will be delicious and refreshing, because it mixes the flavor of cucumber with lemon. Also, it can be prepared with grapefruit soda, which adds an acid flavor totally different from the original Mojito, which is prepared with mineral water.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 lemon, without seeds
  • 1/4 cucumbers, with the peel
  • 1 branch peppermint
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar substitute
  • enough ice
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • enough soda drink, of grapefruit, low in calories
  • enough lemon, to decorate
  • enough cucumber, to decorate

Preparation

Cut the lemon and cucumber into thin slices with the help of a knife.
Place the slices in a glass with the mint, the sugar substitute and with the help of a mortar press to mix the juices of the lemon and the cucumber with the substitute and release the flavor of the mint.
