Rich refreshing cranberry drink with orange and a little tofu to get protein and perform all day with lots of energy.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 cups dried cranberry
  • 1/4 cups orange juice, recently made
  • 1/4 cups tofu, soft
  • 1 orange, without seeds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon bee honey

Preparation

In a blender, process the cranberries, orange juice, tofu, orange, ginger and honey until the consistency is smooth.
Serve in a large glass.

TIPS

If you do not find dehydrated blueberries, add some natural honey so that it sweetens a bit but healthy.
