Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 Cup of kale
  • 1 piece of banana
  • 1 Cup of almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch of Spirulina or chia (optional)

    Preparation

    One day before wash and disinfect the kale and put it in a ziploc bag along with the banana.
    The next morning put everything in the blender and mix until it has a creamy consistency.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a mason jar so you can take it to school or office :)

    Put it in the freezer one day before it will give you the texture and freshness of a smoothie
