Ingredients

1 portion
  • 125 grams yogurt
  • 125 grams banana
  • 125 grams red fruit, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • vanilla extract, (optional)
  • candies, liquid (optional)
  • 1 Cube ice, (optional)

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in the blender, including the vanilla extract if you wish. The level of the blender should be powerful to crush the frozen fruit. Grind until obtaining a dense and uniform consistency in our shake.

TIPS

It can be decorated with the same whole red fruits and a candy thread.
