With a mast, crush the mint, pieces of pineapple and sugar at the bottom of a shaker.
Add the ice and rum; Shake vigorously to mix the ingredients well.
Strain into a tall glass with ice and top with pineapple juice.
Decorate with pieces of pineapple and mint leaves.
