Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/2 carrots
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 beets, sliced and cooked
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

Preparation

Peel the carrot and cucumber, from the latter also remove the seeds. On a board cut the vegetables into slices.
Blend the cooked beet together with the carrot, cucumber, orange juice and lemon juice.
Serve, decorate with a carrot, cucumber and orange skewer. Take twice a day.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a carrot, cucumber and orange skewer.

TIPS

Cook the sliced beets in boiling water for 15 minutes, in this way you will obtain a juice with a milder flavor, although it is advisable to consume the juice raw.
