Prepare a more spicy and original version, with this recipe of Flamin Hot Cheetos Mac & Cheese, which has a touch of bacon and Manchego cheese. Ingredients

6 servings
  • enough of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 Cup of elbow pasta small
  • 2 cups of Cheetos flamin hot
  • 1 Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of onion finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 cups of chicken soup for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of Nestle media creama for the sauce
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream for the sauce
  • 2 cups of yellow cheese cheddar, grated
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated

    Preparation

    Heat the water in a pot over high heat, when it reaches a boiling point add the salt and the coditos, cook until they are soft. Strain and reserve.
    Place the flamin' hot cheetos in a resealable plastic bag and with the help of a roller, crush to pulverize. Reserve.
    Heat a pot over medium heat, cook the bacon until it browns, add the onion and acitrona. Add chicken broth, garlic powder, cream cheese and mix until melted.
    Add the half cream, cheeses and cook until the sauce thickens and the cheeses are melted. Add the noodles and mix without overcooking.
    Serve the preparation in a refractory dish and sprinkle with the cheetos, enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the macaroni au gratin.

    TIPS

    With the same heat from the hot noodles, the cheese is au gratin alone. In case it does not, you can not bake a few minutes.
