Flamin Hot Cheetos Mac & Cheese

Prepare a more spicy and original version, with this recipe of Flamin Hot Cheetos Mac & Cheese, which has a touch of bacon and Manchego cheese. For this Mac & Cheese recipe, prepare a creamy sauce and sprinkle with powdered Cheetos, which will give it a more spicy flavor.   • enough Water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup elbows pasta, small
  • 2 cups Cheetos, flamin hot
  • 1 cup bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 cups chicken soup, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups half and half cream, for the sauce
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the sauce
  • 2 cups american cheese, cheddar, grated
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated


Heat the water in a pot over high heat, when it reaches a boiling point add the salt and the coditos, cook until they are soft. Strain and reserve.
Place the flamin' hot cheetos in a resealable plastic bag and with the help of a roller, crush to pulverize. Reserve.
Heat a pot over medium heat, cook the bacon until it browns, add the onion and acitrona. Add chicken broth, garlic powder, cream cheese and mix until melted.
Add the half cream, cheeses and cook until the sauce thickens and the cheeses are melted. Add the noodles and mix without overcooking.
Serve the preparation in a refractory dish and sprinkle with the cheetos, enjoy.


Serve the macaroni au gratin.


With the same heat from the hot noodles, the cheese is au gratin alone. In case it does not, you can not bake a few minutes.
