Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 pay crust, of 25 cm
  • 1/2 cups onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 24 artichoke, cool
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 3 tablespoons basil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and brown the onion for 4 minutes or until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the artichoke hearts cut in halves and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cream, basil, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Remove the mixture from the heat and pour on the base for pie / pay.
Mix the cheeses and sprinkle on the cake.
Bake the cake for 15 minutes or until the cheeses have melted.

PRESENTATION

Unmold and serve the cake.
