Preparation
Sauté the onion and spinach in olive oil and butter until they are cooked
Add the chopped artichoke hearts and sauté lightly
Season with salt and pepper, broth, lemon and Tabasco sauce
Heat the cream cheese and cream in the microwave until completely melted. Incorporate it into the mix.
