Easy and creamy snack to serve with Arabic bread or toast. The artichoke dip recipe is my specialty and I always serve it in all my parties.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 3/4 cups cream
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 5 grams butter
  • lemon juice, 1/2 piece
  • 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can artichoke
  • 1/2 bags baby spinach
  • 200 grams parmesan cheese
  • chicken bouillon

Preparation

Sauté the onion and spinach in olive oil and butter until they are cooked
Add the chopped artichoke hearts and sauté lightly
Season with salt and pepper, broth, lemon and Tabasco sauce
Heat the cream cheese and cream in the microwave until completely melted. Incorporate it into the mix.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a dip or souffle platter and serve with toast or toast bread.

Parmesano? Y el queso parmesano, cuándo se pone? Porque en la explicación de la receta no lo dice.
