We whip the cream cheese a little until it’s slightly soft, then stop whipping. We add the almonds, celery, parsley, and mix well. Let it rest. We chop the bacon and place it in the pan over medium heat until it’s browned. Drain a little and mix it with the previous mixture. We serve our dips with crackers, tortilla chips, or whatever you like.
