Ingredients

20 portions
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cups ground bread
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, ground

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the meat, the cilantro, the jalapeño, the egg, the ground bread, 2/3 of the garlic and the salt. Form 20 small meatballs.
Place them in a previously greased baking dish.
Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
Blend mayonnaise, remaining garlic and chipotle. Serve the meatballs with this sauce.
