Ingredients

20 portions
  • 8 ounces shrimp, shaker, rinsed and drained
  • 2/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups monterrey cheese, grated jack
  • 1/4 cups parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons almond, chopped
  • lettuce, to decorate
  • 3 chipotle chilies, pickled in slices to decorate
  • 1 stick box bread

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350ºC. In a bowl, mix the previously rinsed and drained shrimp, the mayonnaise, the fresh parsley and the finely chopped almonds.
Cut with a 5cm round cutter. approx. the bread and put it to toast in the comal on both sides over low heat so that we do not burn out and put the grated cheese to one of them and put another slice of bread on top as if we were making a cheese sandwich and put it in the comal only a few minutes to stick them out and put the filling on top and the grated cheese.
Now we put them in the oven just a few minutes to gratinen.

PRESENTATION

You decorate them with some chips of chipotle chili and, using a toothpick, you put a piece of lettuce.

TIPS

You can replace the shrimp with minced turkey ham, turkey bacon and wholemeal bread for a baguette, cut it into slices and cook it first with the cheese then stuffed and again the cheese. You can change the chipotle chili for a few slices
