Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350ºC. In a bowl, mix the previously rinsed and drained shrimp, the mayonnaise, the fresh parsley and the finely chopped almonds.
Cut with a 5cm round cutter. approx. the bread and put it to toast in the comal on both sides over low heat so that we do not burn out and put the grated cheese to one of them and put another slice of bread on top as if we were making a cheese sandwich and put it in the comal only a few minutes to stick them out and put the filling on top and the grated cheese.
