Ingredients

12 portions
  • 200 grams Serrano ham
  • 1 cup date, dehydrated without bone
  • 1/4 cups goat cheese
  • 150 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 100 grams fresh basil leaf, washed and disinfected
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, washed
  • 1/4 cups pinion
  • 1 baguette
  • 120 grams parmesan cheese
  • 150 grams smoked salmon
  • 80 grams cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian herb
  • 1 package crackers
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 50 grams shrimp
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1/4 bunches fresh coriander, washed and disinfected
  • 1 box fried or toasted corn tortilla, of corn

Preparation

Serrano ham roll: Spread a slice of ham and in the center place a piece of goat cheese and a dehydrated date without bone. Roll the serrano ham to wrap the stuffing and place it on the plate. Repeat this process until you have the desired rolls.
Mozzarella Cheese Toast with Pesto Sauce: Place the basil, olive oil, pinion and Parmesan cheese in the blender. Blend until everything is well incorporated. Cut the baguette bread into thin slices, top with the mozzarella cheese and the cherry tomato cut in half. Pour the sauce to the weight on top.
Salmon Toast: Mix the cream cheese at room temperature together with the aromatic herbs. Spread some of the mixture on a cookie and place a slice of the smoked salmon on top. Decorate with a scallion.
Guacamole Tostada with Shrimp: Cut the avocado and extract the pulp, place it in a bowl and add finely chopped tomatoes and onions. Add a little lemon juice and salt. Mix until you have the consistency of guacamole. Finely chop the cilantro and cut the shrimp into small pieces. Cook the shrimp in a pan with a little oil, add the lemon, a little salt and the cilantro. Place the guacamole on a mini corn toast and add the sautéed shrimp on top.

PRESENTATION

Present the canapés on a large tray, serve them together with the Kleenex® Motives, remember to combine the different reasons to give it a special touch.
