This snack of tartar tuna tartare is very lucid and full of flavor. If you do not have teaspoons you can serve it in individual cups (like little horses) or you can even serve it as a first course. The mixture of tuna with cucumber, lemon and cilantro is perfect.

Preparation
Chop the onion finely.
Peel the cucumber, and cut it into cubes of the same size.
Cut the tuna into small cubes.
Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Add the tuna, onion and comb to this mixture and stir gently.
Serve the tuna in spoons of snack and garnish with coriander leaves.
