This recipe is ideal for a party or dinner with many people. It is very easy to prepare and it looks spectacular thanks to the touch of serving it in tequila glasses or glasses.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 300 grams cherry tomato, cut into quarters
  • 300 grams fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • leaves basil, fresh washed
  • pepper, to taste

Preparation

Bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat for 5-10 minutes to turn it into a 1/4 cup. (this is called reducing the vinegar)
In a deep bowl mix the vinegar reduction with salt and pepper and add the olive oil.
In a large bowl mix the cheese, tomato and dressing.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad in tequila glasses or martini glasses and garnish each glass with 2-3 basil leaves. Present the glasses on a tray and serve as an aperitif / snack.
