This recipe is ideal for a party or dinner with many people. It is very easy to prepare and it looks spectacular thanks to the touch of serving it in tequila glasses or glasses.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 300 grams cherry tomato, cut in quarters
  • 300 grams fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • leaves basil, fresh washed
  • to taste black pepper, to taste
  • tequila shot glasses, or drinks

Preparation

Boil the balsamic vinegar in a small pot over high heat for 5-10 minutes so that it turns into 1/4 cup. (This is called reducing the vinegar)
In a deep bowl, mix the vinegar reduction with salt and pepper and add the olive oil.
In a large bowl, mix cheese, tomato and dressing.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad in tequila glasses or martini glasses and decorate each glass with 2-3 leaves of basil. Present the glasses in a tray and serve as an appetizer / snack.
