Preparation
Boil the potatoes with a little salt.
Check if the potatoes are boiled with a knife, if the knife is easily inserted they will be ready.
Then in a bowl, remove the grated lime.
Then add the juice of the lime.
Add the capers and stir well.
Then add the potatoes (peeled) and a little olive oil.
Chop the fennel and incorporate everything very well.
In the end, it serves in a duck the salmon, covering the whole dish.
In the middle add the prepared potatoes and sprinkle a pinch of salt on the plate with a little lime and olive oil.
