Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine
  • 1 potato, cut into cubes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 white onion, slice
  • 4 poblano peppers, clean and cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 12 corn tortilla chip , girls in the shape of cazuelitas

Preparation

Melt the Primavera® margarine in a pan and add the chips, cook.
Add the onion and garlic.
Add the slices and the Knorr® Chicken Broth until it dissolves and the slices soften slightly.
Add the vinegar and let cook until the potatoes are soft.
Mix lightly with the cream and cook in the casseroles.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with cubed cheese cubes.

TIPS
