Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 tomtato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped into small cubes
  • 1/2 jicamas
  • 2 lemons, just the juice
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 570 grams cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 1 bag Tostitos® salsa verde tortilla chips, 240 g

Preparation

Mix the tomato with onion, cilantro, and cucumber, jicama, lemon, and vinegar.
In a bowl with the help of a spatula add the cheese, season and add the finely chopped scallion.
On a non-stick plastic, spread the cheese with a layer a little thick add the pico de gallo with the same plastic make a ball, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Process the Tostitos Salsa verde®, place in an extended dish
Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and roll over the powder of Tostitos Salsa Verde®
Accompany with Tostitos Salsa Verde®
