The traditional chicharrón in green sauce that is eaten in Mexico. Easy to do.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams pork rind
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/2 kilos green tomato
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander
  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Blend tomatillos with onion, chile, cilantro, water and salt.
Fry this sauce in the oil, cook for about 5 minutes and add the chicharrón cut into pieces.
Cook covered for 10 more minutes over low heat.

PRESENTATION

Serve accompanied by beans and corn tortillas.

TIPS

If you want more spicy increases the amount of chilies.
