Crazy potatoes with Cochinita

If you like exotic snacks, we recommend these crazy potatoes with cochinita pibil, combined with churritos, peanuts, pickled onions with habanero pepper and a fresh touch of cucumber, in addition to being served with guacamole. Exquisite!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 Cup of red onion filleted
  • 1/4 of Cup of habanero pepper filleted
  • 1 Cup of cucumber cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of White vinegar
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 2 spoonfuls of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 piece of avocado for guacamole
  • 1/2 Cup of coriander finely chopped, for the guacamole
  • 1/4 of Cup of serrano pepper finely chopped for the guacamole
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice for guacamole
  • 1 Cup of japanese peanut
  • 2 cups of cochinita pibil
  • 1 Cup of Tostitos® Snacks Green Sauce
  • 1 Cup of Churrito
  • 1 Cup of Takis green
  • 2 spoonfuls of sauce black
  • 1 Cup of spicy sauce
  • to taste of green lemon to serve

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix the purple onion with the habanero pepper, the cucumber, the white vinegar, the lemon juice, season with the oregano, salt and pepper to your liking. Reserve until they change color or are disfigured.
    In a bowl mix the ingredients of the guacamole, until incorporated, season to your liking with salt and pepper.
    In a bowl mix the peanuts with the cochinita pibil, the green sauce tostitos, the churritos and takis. Serve in your bag of chips, accompany with onions, guacamole and sauces. Bathe with a few drops of lemon. Enjoy
