Ingredients

6 portions
  • 450 grams chicken breast, milled
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 3/4 cups parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon mashed tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon basil, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons oregano, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous paste is obtained. It must be wet but firm. To make the croquettes with the hands, taking care that they do not remain too thick.
Spray a pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat; place the croquettes and leave them five minutes per side or until the meat is well cooked.

PRESENTATION

Serve with fries in the center or a salad.

TIPS

Let them cook until they look golden brown.
