Delicious dip of curry, to spread on cookies and complete with cheeses, hams or seafood.

Ingredients

30 portions
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon English sauce
  • 1/2 cups spicy curry

Preparation

Mix: the mayonnaise, the cream of milk, the English sauce and the curry, all in a glass container
put in the refrigerator, until serving

PRESENTATION

You can put as a center of a tray of olives, cheeses, hams, or breaded seafood and spread on cookies.

TIPS

It is better to use in this case the long-life cream, as it is a little thicker.
