Delicious Vietnamese Rolls

The spring or Vietnamese rolls are rolls based on a leaf of rice filled with the ingredients that you like the most so as shrimp or avocado, served with fresh coriander, cucumber, carrot, purple cabbage, radish and black sesame seeds. Serve with a delicious peanut sauce and a little sweet chili sauce. A good choice for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Water for rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt for rice noodles
  • 1 Cup of rice noodle
  • 6 pieces of rice wafer for spring rolls
  • 1 Cup of Water hot, for rice wafers
  • 1/2 Cup of shrimp cut in half
  • 2 pieces of avocado boy, cut in sheets
  • 1 piece of carrot cut into thin strips
  • 1 piece of cucumber cut into thin strips
  • 1 bunch of fresh cilantro whole
  • 1 Cup of purple cabbage cut into thin strips
  • 2 pieces of radish cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon of black sesame
  • 1/2 Cup of soy sauce for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of Sriracha sauce for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of Orange juice for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter for the dressing
  • 1/2 Cup of sweet chili sauce oriental, to share

    Preparation

    For rice noodles, heat a pot with water and salt, when it reaches boiling point, cook the noodles for 3 minutes until they are soft. Strain and bathe with cold water, reserve.
    Soak rice leaves or wafers in hot water for 1 minute to soften. Drain
    To assemble the Vietnamese rolls, in one sheet of rice it accommodates shrimp and in another, avocado slices. Fill them with carrot, cucumber, rice noodles, cilantro, purple cabbage, radish and sprinkle sesame. Close the rolls without breaking. Cut in half and reserve.
    For the dressing, in a bowl mix all the ingredients until incorporated.
    Serve the Vietnamese rolls with the dressing and the sweet chilli sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the rolls cut in half and serve with peanut sauce or sweet pepper.

    TIPS

    Arrange the ingredients in such a way that when folding they shine through the rice leaf. So you will not need to decorate.
