Ingredients

16 portions
  • 8 eggs, hard
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons pickle, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped, to decorate

Preparation

Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove the yolks and store them in a small bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, the sweet gherkin relish, the mustard, the salt, the pepper and the paprika; Mix them well.
Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture. Garnish with parsley.
